MEMBERSHIP TERMS & POLICIES: membership is for one year from the date of sign up. credit card on file will be automatically charged for full amount of wine clubs shipment prior to pick up or shipping. Wine will not be shipped when temperatures are below 36 or above 90 degrees. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/EPO addresses and cannot be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.
